Zadania:
Our client is the international manufacturing company located in central Poland (area near: Kutno, Płock, Włocławek). The company hires over 1000 employees in Poland and is well known globally.
As HR Business Partner you will report directly to HR Country Manager and cooperate closely with Plant Manager. What is more, you will support Line Managers in all of the HR related issues.
You will be responsible for recruitment, talent management, development of the employees and creating career paths. You will actively cooperate with your colleagues in other countries regarding various HR projects and implementation of tools and procedures. Furthermore, you will support HR Country Manager while negotiating with Trade Unions.
We are looking for Candidates with at least 3 years of experience gained in HR field (preferably in manufacturing sector), fluency in English and strong leadership skills. What is more, we are searching for a person with positive and proactive attitude.
