Zadania:
We are supporting one of financial institution in finding HR Business Partner. Company is growing rapidly, keep investing in people and facing new challenges. If you like fast moving environment, appreciate standards, and looks for self development it is something for you.
On daily basis you will work as part of the team delivering HR services that include recruitment, payroll, employee policy and dispute advice, compensation and benefits schemes, organisational development & change management, performance management, training & development, data protection, health & safety, HR advisory support all compliant with Labour code.
You will take care of training needs, manage the employee recruitment ( cooperate with vendors). Design, develop and review core HR policies around both labour and employee relations. Take care of HR data administration .
We expects you to have diploma in Human Science or related field. Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a matrix structured environment. Professional knowledge of all HR disciplines (Recruitment & Selection, Employment Law, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, HR Benefit Administration, Training & Development).
