• Analyzing tickets
• Providing expertise on use of data

Requirements:

• Very good knowledge of English
• Minimum 1 year of experience on similar position
• Knowledge of systems: Workday, Success Factors, GWN, SAP, SalesForce or other HR Systems
• Analytical mind
