Zadania:
On behalf of our Client - AstraZeneca, we are currently looking for Candidates to fill the position of HR Administration Team Leader. You will be a member of newly created HR Center which provides support to regional HR professionals and customers.
On this position you will be responsible for building and managing the team of HR Administrators (onboarding, training and performance management etc.), solving daily problems and escalations, monitoring the workload and supporting migration process. In addition, you will be a point of contact for Regional HR Center team and Global Data Management team. Moreover, the Team Leader will ensure that all procedures and requirements are met.
We are seeking candidates with few years of experience in HR Administration and first experience on a supervisor position, gained preferably in SSC/BPO environment. Fluent English is required. Knowledge of Swedish language and Workday system will be an advantage. We are looking for candidates with highly developed interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills.
