Zadania:
Responsibilities:
- Act as Payroll Project Manager for Europe and Head of Section HR Payroll
- Focus on further European payroll services concept development, analysis and planning as well us on ongoing payroll operations in selected countries in Europe
- Manage and continue building a team of payroll professionals
- Ensure that all payroll inquiries are handled with professionalism and service attitude
- Ensure that all payroll activities are delivered per company legal and regulatory requirements
- Implementing payroll process improvements within the scope of service
Requirements:
- Master"s degree, preferably within Finance or Business Administration and related
- A minimum of 5 years Payroll/Finance/Human Resources experience in a large, preferably international, organization required
- Leadership experience, preferably with similar responsibilities
- Experience from Shared Services preferred
- Previous experience in migration process and/or system implementation
- Strong project management experience
- Ability to build and lead a team
- Excellent English skills required - written and verbal
