Zadania:
Our Client is an international company, leader in its industry, which lately established Business Centre in Krakow. As the company is growing up, we are currently looking for Candidates to join newly created Global Learning Department.
While working at the position of Global Learning Specialist, you will be responsible for dealing with internal customers in order to organize and administer training activities.
More specifically, you will be responsible for all administrative aspects of training delivery, creating and updating all learning activities in Learning Management System, being responsible for participant management- invitations, cancellations etc. Additionally your role will be to collect customer learning needs.
An ideal Candidate needs to have at least 1 year experience in L&D/ training administration or event/ business event organization. Excellent English language skills are a must. Working knowledge of learning management system (SAP or Success Factors) would be an asset.
To be successful at this role, you need to be customer oriented and present very good communication skills.
