Responsibilities:

• Providing support for Business Clients via phone, email, chat 
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Provide information about products and services
• Take orders, determine charges, and oversee billing or payments
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Refer customers to supervisors or more experienced employee

 

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge one of the languages: German, French, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese
• Knowledge of English language
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
• Knowledge of MS Office
