Zadania:
For our Client, an ever-growing Shared Service Center based in Cracow, we are currently looking for experienced candidates from the Compensation & Benefits area.
Working at this position, you will be responsible for developing and monitoring salary structure and competitive benefit packages and ensuring all packages / benefits are in compliance with current legislation (human rights, pay equity). Your duties will also include preparing job evaluations & classifications, reports and analysis, distributing payroll or HR information to employees.
The ideal Compensation & Benefits Specialist will have about 2 - 4 years relevant experience, highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, excellent attention to details and capacity of working in constant changing, international environment. Moreover, the successful candidate must be highly motivated, flexible and be ready to travel abroad.
Fluency in English and Polish is a must. Additional European language skills will be looked on favourably.
