Compensation and Benefits Expert - MEA Region

Key responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of Compensation and Benefits in line with local specifics
• Providing remunerations business partnering advice and analysis, running the remuneration review and leading, designing and delivering reward initiatives
• Ensure all related systems, policies and processes are communicated in an effective and compliant manner
• Building relationships with all levels of business on multiple location
• This role will suit a motivated, tenacious and successful professional with a true passion for business results
• demonstrated capacity to partner with the business at both strategic and operational levels

Qualifications:

• degree in Human Resource Management, Economy, General Management or a related area
• Minimum 5-7 years HR experiences, ideally including compensation & benefits and / or business partner role and preferably in various environment including sales and marketing, manufacturing, research and development and suply chain
• team player approach with a proven ability to work successfuly in a matrix reporting environment
• Experience in the MEA region
• planning skills 
• strong analitical skills
• expert proficiency in Excel
• fluent English
