Zadania:
Currently for our client with offices in Warsaw we are looking for C&B analyst who would like to develop further within the broad area of Comp and Ben and analysis.
What would be your responsibilities?
Joining the Global Compensation & Benefits Team will have you conducting different analysis and creating reports regarding the employees benefits and rewards. This may be done either by using Excel or some HR tool (e.g. Workday). Also this position assumes daily cooperation with Senior Analysts so you have to be ready to do some ad hoc tasks and present your flexibility.
What do we require?
To be successful on this position you need great analytical skills and have well developed attention to detail. Moreover the Team works globally so good communication skills and excellent English (C1) are a must. You also need to be advanced in Excel (you will use Vlookup & Reference formulas on daily basis) and present previous experience on similar positions (min 2 yrs).
